agreement. This is NOT our licence agreement, this is one for
redistributable package provided by Microsoft. Now Microsoft
distributes some run-time libraries with Windows, and they cannot
be compiled into an executable. So, click OK (install it) if you have no Visual
C++ compiler already installed on your computer.
